Margins on the Epson C64 are probably not tuned as accurately as they could
be. The alignmargins stuff is all a bit scary, but I think the left Margin
("x", not "ml" in the HWMargin) should be 45, and not -45. With -45, the
left edge of the "printable" area is off the paper.
