rastertoepson filter

Dear all,

Is there any way to re compile rastertoepson filter alone ? If it is, what are the files needed and what are the software requirements ?

I am working on rastertoepson filter to get exact page skipping based on particular PaperSize. Now if you select 6 x 8, then it gives you default printer page length set, page skip after each page. For me it should give page skip after 8 inch for the above PaperSize.


Suggestions will be very helpful to me.
