[PATCH] cupsys: options parsing and job-sheet attribute to cups-lpd

Sorry, forget the first part of the patch I just sent, I did not notice 
this statement :

     temp        += num_options;

So please do only consider the part of the patch related to cups-lpd.c: 
this one is a real one.
