need help installing samsung 565p printer

I was wondering if I could get some help on a problem that I have with the above mentioned printer, when I type in the tttp://localhost631 I get promted for a user name and password and then I get a failed authentication promt I can log in to the regular cups sight with my uer name and pass word but I can not get in to the add printer function ??

any help would be apriciated,
