[STR New]

Some SMB clients cannot cope with printer shares over
12-characters long (an 8.3 relic). When cups is used together
with Samba (quite popular usage), one can naively sets up
over-long printer names which are not useable in that context,
e.g. "colour-printers" for a color printer pool. The cups
printer set up wizard should emit a warning when such an attempt
is made, and the relevant admin documentation updated.
It is one of the most frequently reported non-bug's in Samba,
but cups admins sometimes don't read Samba docs when setting
up printers.
