printer stopped working right in version 1.1.23

Hi! my samsung ml-1510 usb stopped working right after upgrading to cups 1.1.23. Now the pritners print nothing or prints lines, dots, squares at the beginning of the page. I've tried foomatic version 20041203-1 and version 20050114-1, nothing changed. Cups 1.1.20 worked fine. Printing the test page from my printer works fine, the virtual pdf printer works fine too.

I've upgrade log level to debug but there's nothing strange in /var/log/cups/error_log, inlined last lines:
