Not only disturbing, but I think it rules out the use of any other 
language thats GPL'd, and that I think, includes the list of language 
candidates given.  Given that constraint, and the time constraint of 
3 remaining days, I doubt a bid will be tendered by anyone in their 
right, reasonably sane, mind.
