[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1198: lxm3200 driver no longer included in

The lxm3200 (gdevlx32.c) driver which was once distributed with ESP
Ghostscript during the 7.x series, is no longer included in the
distribution as of the 8.x series.

I'm not exactly sure if there is a rhyme or reason behind this (and if so
I'd like to know what it is) but as of now it is causing selections of
printers through foomatic-db using this driver to fail, stating that the
driver is not available.

I've filed this bug under 8.15rc3 but as far as I can tell, the lxm3200
driver has been omitted from the 8.x 'development' series of espgs for
quite some time now.

Could someone please advise?  Thank you, keep up the great work with cups
& espgs!!!
