Please don't use IPP, use "socket://###.###.###.##:9100/" for your
printer instead.
Reason: The first specifications of IPP lacked of some important
details (your printer was produced at this time). This allowed
Microsoft to implement it in a different (in their very own) way. The
result was that printer manufacturer had to decide how to do their IPP
support: the way M$ does or the way the rest of the world does.
Guess who won!? :-(
Therefore you should use a different protocol, the socket protocol.
