[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #1301: 'lpstat -p x' incorrectly shows current job

'lpstat -p x shows output like this:

printer x now printing x-1. [...]

even if http://localhost:631/printers/x shows that x-1 is held and x-2 is
printing.

In other words, lpstat's algorithm for determining the currently printing
job is:

if printer is processing a job:
  display first job in queue

It should check that the first job in the queue is actually being
processed; if not, it should check other jobs in the queue to see which
one it is.
