[cups.development] [RFE] STR #1318: Mark Authenticated Jobs with User Name

When jobs are submitted with HTTP authentication, the user name by which
they authenticated (as opposed to the user name on the computer from which
it was sent), should be recorded somewhere in the job attributes.

This would be extraordinarily useful for associating users with their
print jobs in situations where they are printing from personal computers
with accounts named things like "Administrator".
