[cups.development] [RFE] STR #1319: natural-scaling one page only

IMHO it'd be a nice feature to scale an image up to the paper size and NOT
printing multiple pages if it exceeds the paper size at the user's option.

Maybe the user could choose to print ignoring the margins, scaled down to
paper size or multiple pages.
