[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #1329: lp does not report error with invalid N-up specification

N-up is a nice feature.  1, 2, 4, 6, 9, and 16 up are supported.  I made
the mistake of trying 8 up (my brain likes seeing power of 2 progressions)
and all I got was overprinted text.  Amusing, but lp really should have
reported the error and not proceeded.  An error message such as "illegal
argument to the number-up option" or even "Only 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, or 16 may
be specified as an argument to the number-up option" would be better
behavior.
