[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #1556: Localized Web-Templates are missing the 'Set as default printer'-Button

I just came across this helping to setup an apprentices Computer: in the
German localised Web-Template (/usr/share/cups/templates/de/printers.tmpl)
there is no 'Set as Default' Button.

A quick check showed that the same is true for:
/usr/share/cups/templates/be/printers.tmpl
/usr/share/cups/templates/fr/printers.tmpl
