First, the cupsaddsmb man page specifically says to name the files EXACTLY
as shown (all lowercase).  Please RTFM.

We can't try every possible combination of case, thus we REQUIRE that you
name the files as all lowercase.  We can't work around inconsistent file
naming on Windows...
