[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1588: can not access administrative features through the web interface when using internet explore

When using an authtype of digest internet explore displays a page not found
error when selecting the administrative link.  Changing the authtype to
basic fixes the issue.  This occured on a fedora core 4 system.  Nothing
shows up in the log files for cups.
