Lexmark z43 broken

This is most probably a driver bug, not in CUPS and not in KDE. Please
check which driver is used, drv_z42 or Gutenprint. Look into the PPD
file (/etc/cups/ppd/<queue name>.ppd) to find it out.

drv_z42 is not maintained upstream any more. Change to Gutenprint if
your printer is set up with drv_z42. Switch printerdrake to expert mode
so that you can choose drivers.

If you are using Gutenprint, file a bug on the Gutenprint web site
(http://gutenprint.sf.net/).
