[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1441: Plain text prints very wide characters on HP DeskJet 694C

Plain text prints as about 1.7 chars/inch on HP DeskJet 694C.
Test print is fine.  Documents printed from word processor prints
correctly.  It looks like anything that makes use of the HPDJ internal
fixed font is incorrectly setting the font size.
Printer is set as Parallel port, HP Deskjet Series CUPS v1.1 (en).
