Using the (foomatic) PPD file at this location:

  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=129849

printing a PostScript file fails to insert the HalftoningAlgorithm
option's PostScript code into the %PageSetup section.

Dropping in the pstops filter from 1.1.23 fixes the problem here, so it
seems that pstops is to blame.
