[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1778: Landscape printing does not work

After upgrading to 1.1.23 landscape printing no longer works. All printers
defined on the CUPS server only print portrait and crop the rest. Using lp
-o landscape filename produces a portrait page with part of the text
cropped out, i.e. the text is rotated, but the page is not.
