[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #1803: snmp backend in current trunk is much slower than in 1.2.1 release

Running the snmp backend on the commandline within the same LAN segment
suggests that current trunk/1.3.0 (r5695) is much slower than the 1.2.0
release:

trunk/1.3.0:
   self-compiled on SUSE-10.0, no special configure options
   10 - 11 seconds for discovering 10 printers (7 ipp, 2 socket, 1 ldp)

release 1.2.0:
   on Ubuntu Dapper, official package
   3.5 - 3.8 seconds discovering the exactly same printer set
