[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #1487: rpmbuild fails on x86_64

Using cups.spec rpmbuild fails on x86_64 bailing out at:
RPM build errors:
    File not found by glob: /tmp/cups-root/usr/lib/*.so
    File not found by glob: /tmp/cups-root/usr/lib/*.so.*

I changed the spec file:
Old: /usr/lib/*.so
New: /usr/lib64/*.so

Having done so the packages built just fine.
