Strange behaviour

Cups has strange behaviour with my Kyocera FS-1500.

Sometimes, it cuts the last quarter of the page, and sometimes it works. It is not the problem of the printer, since it always works with Windows through samba.
I tried to figure out since a year, but no chance!!! First, i thought it was a page size problem, but it doesn't seem to be one.
It is not possible to print out a document without problem the first time. I always have to print with page cut, restart cups and then reprint. Then mybe it works, maybe not.
WHAT IS THAT????????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!????
