[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1691: PageSize reset to [612, 792]

Unable to print to a printer not supporting Letter size, because
gs-driver first sets PageSize correctly, but then resets it
to [612, 792].  Evidence of this can be seen in the
foomatic-rip.log file.

OS: Linux Fedora Core 5
