[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1718: cupstestppd uses wrong limit to "Default<main keyword>" lines

In "PostScript Printer Description File Format Specification v4.3" section
3.2
page 17: 40 characters is the maximum length for main keywords.
page 16: The basic format of an entry looks like this
         *Default<main keyword>: <optionn>

However cupstestppd limits "Default<main keyword>" to max 40 characters
instead of limiting just the "<main keyword>" part to 40 characters. This
makes for example ppd file for HP LaserJet 9500 unloadable. You get
following error.

**FAIL**  Unable to open PPD file - Illegal main keyword string on line
1022.
