The reporter tells that PDF files generated by reportlab with latin2
characters get incorrectly printed/displayed/converted. With lowercase
letters all is OK, nut uppercase letters loose their accents (switch your
browser manually to Latin2 or ISO 8859-2 when visiting the link above).

The problem does not occur with PDF generated by OOo.

The last working ESP GhostScript version was SVN rev 119, the first broken
one SVN rev 127. The newest tested version is SVN rev 145 (=8.15.2) and is
still broken.
