Well, it conforms FORMALLY but it heavily violates the semantic rules: all
the job specific features like page size, n-up-printing etc. etc. are
defined at the beginning of the first page (after the %%Page: comment for
the first page, and it is silently assumed that these settings persist
through all the remaining pages. This, if the pages are reordered in any
sense by any program (except perhaps an "intelligently" equipped PS
interpreter), the job will fail.

And, as OO is a project driven by Sun Microsystems, they should provide
some means to post error messages.
