The outgoing IP address which cups uses should be configureable
or derived somehow from the "Listen" entries of cups.conf

It would be more transparent if one wants to bind cups to
one specific (virtual) interface on a host (example eth0:1)
(incoming and outgoing ip-packages of cups have the
same ip-address)

especially if you want to move the service to another host
and firewall come involved ...

at least the socket - backend is affected
