I don't know why you don't have the <scsi/sg.h> header installed (it is
different than the kernel header), but I've added a configure test to
compile the SCSI backend as a dummy program if <scsi/sg.h> is missing.

I also updated the USB backend to not use the back-channel code for
Minolta USB printers.
