Commited with minor formatting and ANSI C changes (no late variable
declarations in ANSI C...)

Also, the save_krb5_creds() function in scheduler/ipp.c is now #ifdef'd
out for Mac OS X, but still there for all other platforms...

Finally, I'm just using "IPP" as the default service name. We'll change as
needed if it turns out to be a problem...
