[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #2064: Nickname and ShortNickName generated by ppdc don't work on older versions of Mac OS X

ppdc autogenerates Nickname and ShortNickName values that don't work on
older versions of Mac OS X (10.2 specifically, possibly 10.3 as well).
With the autogenerated values, USB and network raster printers don't
automatically match with the correct PPD file.

ppdc needs to be changed so that the .drv file can override the values for
Nickname and ShortNickName. Currently, there is no way to do this other
than to write a post-processing script (e.g. sed or perl) that fixes the
output of ppdc.
