[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2065: ppdc always outputs files named in lower case.

The PPD files generated by ppdc always have a lower case name regardless of
what PCFileName is set to in the .drv file. PPD files on Mac OS X are
almost always named with mixed case.

ppdc should be changed to either respect the case used in PCFileName, or
have a switch to enable it.
