Little description:
To enable SSL you only have to replace ldap:// with ldaps:// in
BrowseLDAPServer.
Also you have to set following Parameter:
BrowseLDAPCaCertFile /etc/cups/ssl/cacert.pem
cacert.pem should contain all CA Certificates which you trust.
Problems I had:
*) Please use at least openssl version 0.9.8 or newer
*) On systems without /dev/random or /dev/urandom you have to use a TLS
Random file ($HOME/.rnd or environment variable RANDFILE) or EGD. Further
