[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #2336: Banner Pages settings are invalid when Page Range setting does not contain the first page of the file.

HPLIP testing found the following CUPS defect:

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Setup a clean Fedora Core6 32bit OS. 
2. Install the hplip-1.7.3 build successfully according to the 
installation document. 
3. Install the device Officejet J5780 via USB connection. 
4. Launch toolbox and switch to Print Settings tab, set as follow: Banner 
Pages-start:Classified,End:Unclassified. 
5. Switch to Functions tab, click Print button, add a multipage document
and 
set Page Range to 5 or 2-3 etc. 
6. Click Print File button. 

Actual Result: 
Banner Pages can not be printed as settings 

Expected Result: 
Banner Pages can be printed successfully. 

Additional Information: 
The defect occurs only when Page Range settings does not contain the first

page of the file. If set page range to 1 or 1,3 , banner page will be
printed 
successfully.
