using hash table lookup improves about 1.2x to 1.3x when the number of
keywords is relatively large (>30). try the "Xerox Phaser 8550DX" PPD file
that comes with Mac OS X 10.4 for example.

modified source files from 1.3r6458 with "// KAT" comments attached.

you will need to remove the "Hack" part which is there for comparison
purpose.
