This adds support for Linux's Lightweight Audit Framework.  A single int
AuditLog is used to track the file descriptor for the system's audit
daemon.  As long as it is valid during runtime messages are created and
sent to the daemon.

This support is functionally equivalent to the features included in the
recent Redhat EAL4+ CAPP/LSPP/RBACPP evaluation.
