[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2619: cups-lpd subsystem job-sheets=none (nobanner)option does not work

I have discovered the problem, I was specifying multiple options but not
using a -o each time !!!

Rather counter-intuitive, but who am I to say :-)

Hence the correct line in /etc/xinetd.d/cups-lpd was:

server_args = -o document-format=application/octet-stream -o
job-sheets=none,none
