CUPS Ubuntu 7.04 lp -n lpr -# will not print multiple copies

Sending once and telling the printer to print n times does only work if
the printer is able (and has enough RAM) to store the complete job as a
RAW jobfile.

There is a reason why CUPS does provide the cupsManualCopies for you.

Are you sure your printers can store complete multi-page jobs, and obey
a "print n times" directive?
