[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2628: no way to reproduce filter work

Filters that cups runs internally may not work as desired, even at the
postscript level.  Sometimes one has to experiment.  This means
preparing image as sent to printer (postscript at least), but not
actually printing it.  That is, to obtain input for future `lp -o
raw'.  This is quite a common task for at least administrator.  Still
there is no documented way to do so for print job submission command
as normally issued by user.  At least in software users /
administrators manual.

`cupsd' logs are apparently inadequate.  They normally contain filter
program names only.  Again, no explicitly documented way to have them
contain everything needed to reproduce (and debug) the invocation of
these programs manually, including all the argumens of these programs.
