[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2629: cyrillic text from mozilla broken

If printing from `mozilla-1.7.8-2', `firefox-1.0.4-4', and document
contains cyrillic characters, these characters are shown properly by
other programs, including `evince' / ghostscript.  Still, if that same
postscript data are fed into cups `lpr', nothing is output in place of
cyrillic characters.  Will post sample postscript input on request.
