[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2051: Support for booklet printing

If you use KDE, it is there in "kprinter" as a "pre-filter". Do:

 * [alt]+[f2]
 * type "kprinter"
 * click "Run"
 * click "Properties"
 * find+open "Filters" tab
 * add the appropriate "Pamphlet printing" filter

You can even set up "printer instance" for just pamphlet printing, and it
will then just be a matter of selecting that printer; can't be much easier
than that, ever.   :-)
