[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2209: hl1250 driver missing

The driver is already there, the file gdevhl12.c in the addons/ directory.
And the needed Makefile bits are in the addons/addons.mak file. Running
"./configure --with-drivers=ALL" builds GhostScript with "hl1240" and
"hl1250" output devices.

So I think I can close this.
