[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2164: Ship with multi-language PPD files

Fixed in Subversion repository.

We now have a sample.drv file in the PPD directory along with a "make
ppds" target that can be used to update the PPDs as needed with all of the
available languages. Currently only a subset of the languages is provided,
but we'll get them all eventually...
