Fixed in Subversion repository.

The final implementation is slightly different from both of the proposed
patches. The authentication scheme is called "PeerCred" and also includes
the username that was used since multiple usernames may map to the same
UID. The scheduler then validates the passed username with the UID in the
peer credentials and uses the passed username if the UIDs match.
