[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2453: Rename "List Available Printers" button to make it less confusing and more descriptive

On the *:631/admin page, please rename "List Available Printers" into "Scan
For Uninstalled Printers" or "Detect Uninstalled Printers".

New (and even experienced) users get easily confused by the current label.
They (rightly) regard all printers currently installed and enabled as
"available" too.

Renaming the operation to include "scan" or "discover" and "uninstalled"
makes the purpose more clear.

String length differences:

  "Detect Uninstalled Printers"
  "List Uninstalled Printers"
  "List Available Printers"
  "Uninstalled Printers"
