[cups.development] how to configure cups to take page by page from client through IPP

Hi List,

How to configure cups server to take page by page from client through IPP.
Currently what happening  is when I give a print job from the client the entire data is transfered to cups spool then after it starts the printing. I have very limited resources if the size of the RAW data is more than the size what i have got, then cups server doesnot accept the data at all when space at the cups server is filled and that print job will be canceld. I want to configure cups print server in a way that it has to ask client to send data whenver the print server needs or print server has to pull data from client pc. Spooling should be done at client pc, and the cups print server has to spool maximum of one page that is the current page being printed.
 I'am not using any filters, I'am sending RAW data to cups. 
how  to use  "Print-URI" or  Create-Job with  Send-URI in  cups  server?
