Jobsheet printed when none set

I'm running a hp multifunction printer on Ubuntu 6.10 shared with 2 winxp computers. When I print from firefox on the Ubuntu machine I get a CUPS Confidential jobsheet. I do not get the sheet from any other application or computer.If i print to file from firefox then print the file I don't get the job sheet. The printers.conf file is set to none none.
Why am I getting the job sheet? Cups installed version 1.2.4-2ubuntu3.
