[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2044: endless loop on errors

how can I reply on and/or reopen this bug?  it has been misunderstood.
 samba is not being used, this is printing to windows from cups.  the
error message may be from libsmb, but cups is failing to handle the
error in a sane manner.
