The file incorrectly embeds another PS file, leading to bad DSC comments
which prevent the file from being printed correctly. Use the cupstestdsc
program to detect errors like this...

About the only thing you can do is add a line to the front of the file,
e.g.:

    (echo "%!"; cat filename) | lp
