Ghostscript problem - any idea?

Hi All,
I have CUPS mostly working on OS/2 - except I see some problem with
multiple page documents, using both espgs and latest ghostscript 8.60
The problem seems to relate to the -dNOMEDIAATTRS switch that
pstoraster passes to ghostscript.
With both espgs 8.15.x and gs 8.60 I get the following error with
documents with more than one page:
Error: /undefined in --setpagedevice--
Operand stack:

  --dict:23/25(L)-- --dict:3/5(L)--
Current allocation mode is local
Last OS error: 2
GPL Ghostscript 8.60: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1
If I omit the -dNOMEDIAATRS switch from pstoraster - I get no error,
but I only get page 1 of the document.
Any ideas?
